Ordering
Orders may be placed online any time at worthwearing.com, or over the phone Mon–Fri at (855) 492-2436 daily 9 a.m.–5 p.m. EST.
Your credit card will be charged once your order is confirmed, and you will receive confirmation by email. Please note that while we are in the process of confirming your order, you may receive a call from our Customer Service Department. You will receive notification by email when your order ships.
Please allow processing time for orders received from our website. All in stock items are shipped within 48 hours, unless otherwise indicated. When ordering custom products, we make each piece to order, and quality creation takes time; custom orders can take up to 2–6 weeks to arrive if components are not readily available. If an item is out of stock, please allow 2–4 weeks for item to be available again. If you see that an item you wish to order is out of stock, please email us at help@worthwearing.com to find out when it will be available again.
Custom Orders
Worth Wearing's design staff are pleased to work with customers to create custom jewelry, with a $1000 minimum order. All orders for custom designs and/or third-party partnership designs are final sales subject to a no-return policy.
Shipping
Worth Wearing pieces are sent standard 3-5 business days or one day shipping via USPS and fully insured.
Complimentary shipping is offered for items that retail for $1,500 and above if ordered overnight, or free standard shipping for orders over $300. However, multiple items totaling the required amount will not receive free shipping if sent to multiple addresses. Complimentary shipping is available for orders placed on the U.S. website for domestic delivery only.
At this time we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States. If you are interested in ordering from Worth Wearing and wish to have order shipped outside of the United States, please call customer service at (855) 492-2436 9 a.m.–5 p.m. EST Mon–Fri, or send an email inquiry to help@worthwearing.com.
When ordering an item that you wish to receive in time for a special occasion, such as a holiday, please order at least 7 business days in advance for standard shipping, and at least 2 business days in advance for overnight shipping.
Gift Wrapping
All Worth Wearing products are sent in a jewelry box, which includes a certificate containing information about your piece of jewelry, with details on the piece’s materials and charitable donation. Gift wrapping is available at checkout; simply choose the shipping option that includes gift wrap.
Sales Tax Policy
Local taxes, if applicable, will be added to your order. Worth Wearing collects sales tax from customers in the state of Virginia.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We accept unused items in their original condition for store credit. Defective items may be returned for refund. The item must be returned within 30 days of original purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Repairs
We repair Worth Wearing Collection jewelry at no charge for a period of one year from purchase at this site. All associated shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Our warranty does not extend to damages resulting from improper care. On occasion, we use limited edition stones and repairs may not be possible due to limited supplies. For purchases older than one year, repairs will be subject to a fee assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with specific requests to determine whether repairs can be accommodated and the associated charges. We will always do our best to repair your piece of jewelry.

Please provide us with pertinent information regarding the purpose of the repair and, if possible, photographs. Also, please confirm your return mailing address, your e-mail address, and your phone number. When returning jewelry for repair, please provide a copy of your receipt. Any carrier may be used, although we recommend using registered mail (with tracking and insurance) in case of lost or damaged packages.
Privacy
We understand that privacy is important to our visitors, and we endeavor to treat the private information that you share with us with the utmost respect.
We only collect information in order to provide you with the highest quality customer service. The information you give to us is used to fulfill your requests. Worth Wearing does not rent or sell your personal information to any third-party companies. We will, however, provide the information to third-party companies (such as UPS) who provide services on our behalf in order to provide you with quality customer service.
Our website may contain links to external websites. Worth Wearing is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external Internet sites.

The security of your personal information is important to us.
